An Analysis Of India’s Trade Relations With Key Export Destinations During The Past Decade

Author(s) Raju Thomas, Y.Satguru Roshan
Country India
Abstract This paper presents a detailed analysis of India's trade relations with five key export destinations: the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, China, and the United Kingdom. By examining the structural changes in export composition, trade patterns, and the impacts of these relationships on India's economic growth, the study identifies strategic areas for enhancing export performance. The paper uncovers trends and makes predictions for future trade dynamics by analysing bilateral trade volumes, statistical tools like mean correlation, time series analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings highlight the significance of these partnerships in India's global trade strategy and offer policy recommendations for further strengthening these economic ties.
