Abstract	The aim of the study is to identify factors that influence the investment decisions of individual investor and examine how these factors relate to the socioeconomic characteristics of investors. This study uses the variables of financial literacy and investment experience as independent variables, risk tolerance as intervening variable, and investment decision as dependent variable. This research is a quantitative study using primary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. The population in this study was investors in Tumakur District. Data were analyzed using partial least squares analysis. This research is expected to benefit investors in their investment decisions.
