Abstract | This research paper investigates the enduring consequences of domestic violence on women’s mental and physical health, emphasizing the cyclical nature of abuse and its profound impact. Through an exploration of long term effects, including PTSD, depression, chronic pain, and reproductive health issues, the study highlights the urgent need for intervention. Various strategies, such as crisis hotlines, counseling, legal support, and community programs, are examined for their effectiveness in breaking the cycle and empowering survivors.
