Abstract This exploratory study investigates the effects of COVID-19, focusing on economic insecurity, poor infrastructure, limited social mobility, family tensions, and increased mental health risks among vulnerable populations. It encourages authorities and researchers to conduct extensive analyses to guide strategies that improve community resilience to future health catastrophes.
