Abstract This tracer study aims to determine if there is an alignment between the application of learnings in the Entrepreneurship program and the various pieces of training based on the graduates’ present entrepreneurial experience. This paper considers the perspective of Entrepreneurship graduates from 2017-2022. The descriptive correlational method was used. Communication skills are the top competency learned in the program. Specifically, the Spearman partial correlation showed a significant association between the applicability of learning and various training in the program while controlling for the core values and program educational objectives.
