Abstract | The Batching Plant owned by PT Semen Indogreen Sentosa was established in the Binjai-Langsa Section on the Trans Sumatera Toll Road Project specifically to handle the demand for ready-mix concrete in the project. However, several obstacles in the project have caused a decrease in production from the batching plant, necessitating an evaluation of productivity loss due to these issues. The productivity loss calculation was conducted by sampling one of the batching plants over a 1-month working period using three approaches/methods: Zink’s Method, Thomas Baseline Technique, and Ibbs Statistical Approach. The calculation results from these three approaches provided a range of minimum daily productivity values, which should be 4.40 w-h/m3 - 2.48 w-h/m3, which can then be used as a reference for evaluation purposes, claims, etc. |
