Abstract | Examining the impact of talent management on organizational performance is a crucial part of talent management practices in shaping the success and sustainability of modern organizations. Talent management encompasses a wide range of HR strategies and processes, including recruitment, development, retention and succession planning. Using a multidisciplinary approach, this study attempts to assess the direct and indirect effects of talent management on organizational performance. It examines various aspects of talent management, such as leadership development, employee engagement and training initiatives, to ensure their impact on outcomes such as revenue growth, profitability, productivity and innovation. The research also examines the mediating effects of factors such as organizational culture and external conditions to achieve a comprehensive analysis. The results of this study will be invaluable to organizational leaders, HR professionals and policy makers seeking to optimize their talent management strategies. By shedding light on the most effective talent management practices and their long-term effects, this study aims to provide practical recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness, foster innovation and maintain competitive advantage in an ever-evolving business environment. |
