Examining the Relationship Between Anxiety and Subjective Happiness among Young Adults in India

Abstract This study examines the relationship between anxiety and subjective happiness among young adults in India.It seeks to find patterns and connections in the survey data that might guide mental health interventions and improve this population's well being. The findings show as strong negative connection indicating that in this demographic higher anxiety levels are linked to poorer subjective happiness.
