Abstract	The Islamic Ummah without a leader is like a flock without a shepherd,but a shepherd without knowledge in guiding and leading imperils the peace and welfare of his flock. The success of leadership lies in the knowledge of the leaders in handling various problems and providing solutions. Enhancing Islamic leadership in accordance with the Qur-an and Sunnah plays a vital role in keeping the Muslim society in order.
