Abstract | Lean Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology used to improve processes and reduce defects. The DMAIC methodology cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is a key tool applied in various industries, including telecommunications manufacturing, to optimize processes and drive improvements. The DMAIC methodology was used in this research to identify and prioritize the root causes of time delays in site rollout projects. |
