Abstract | In summary, the relationship between occupational stress and the quality of work life of government teachers is complex and multifaceted. Addressing stressors and enhancing the work environment can significantly impact educators' job satisfaction, well-being, and ultimately, the quality of education provided to students. Effective strategies require collaboration between educational institutions, policymakers, and individual educators to create supportive and fulfilling teaching environments. |
