Production Efficiency and Its Applications in Some Engineering Construction Projects

Abstract	This research aims to clarify the image of project management in its construction projects based on the opinions of experts, where the most important standards of production efficiency in some construction projects will be identified. It also aims to provide a vision on productive efficiency standards in engineering management and give officials and practitioners practical recommendations to enhance performance and productivity in order to improve current practices. Engineering in Tripoli, Libya, evaluate the extent to which these standards can be applied in a small number of engineering construction projects, and provide recommendations in light of the results of questionnaire data for 53 samples from the community.
