Abstract | With storage rates decreasing and capacity increases, the problem of how and where to save files and documents has been solved for most ordinary users. Indeed, with the growing quantity of files that a user maintains, the key issue currently is efficient and effective file management. By "manage-ment," we mean a system that allows users to easily access, organize, and retrieve their files, as well as the capacity to do certain functions automatically. The goal of implementing a research development and extension office online record management system with interactive map visualization is to help it become a centralized spatial database for archiving data, collecting, querying, and storing historical data in a single repository known as a data store, and then automatically locate where you conducted extension programs, as a result, using the interactive map. It will help the Research Development Ex-tension office transition from manual transactions to data development and centralized data storage. Furthermore, the Agile Model Approach demonstrates methodical techniques for developing a system. As a result of the research, it can fully utilize them to conduct transactions without fuss and deliver data that is secure, dependable, and easily retrieved and maintained. |
