Exploring the Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Employee’s Job Satisfaction and Work-Life Balance in Banks: A Study in Kanpur City

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the significance of emotional intelligence with respect to job satisfaction among its employees and their work-life balance improvement focusing on the bank employees in Kanpur city. In this study, cross-sectional descriptive research design was applied on a purposively selected sample of one hundred and thirty (130) respondents from five banks.
