Abstract | Mental health significantly influences an individual's ability to perform tasks efficiently. Poor mental health can lead to decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and diminished quality of work. This paper explores the relationship between mental health and productivity, highlighting key factors that contribute to poor mental health in the workplace. Additionally, it provides an overview of suitable remedies, including organizational strategies and individual interventions, to mitigate these negative effects.
