Abstract	Cancer involves abnormal cell growth that can invade or spread to other body parts, unlike benign tumors which don't spread. Symptoms may include lumps, abnormal bleeding, cough, weight loss, and changes in bowel movements. There are over 100 cancer types. This 6-month retrospective study at an oncology hospital analyzed 400 patients' records to explore cancer types, treatment methods, adverse drug reactions, and secondary cancers, particularly focusing on lung cancer. The study aims to enhance understanding of cancer prevalence, treatment strategies, and the effects of therapies to improve patient care in tertiary settings.
