Emotional Intelligence for Effective Business Leadership

Abstract This paper is strictly based on emotional intelligence for effective business leadership and successful business organization. The study on Emotional intelligence investigates the potential impact on one’s ability to understand the emotions and feelings of people in the organization. By conducting qualitative interviews and focus groups with some of the industrialist and business organizations, this research explores the impact of Emotional intelligence on the values, perceptions, health, and behavioral changes of the individual workgroup, it is suggested that people with high emotional intelligence identify and know about what they are feeling, how they need to react over certain things and issues that arise in the workplace.
