Abstract | The role and impact of propaganda as a part of global communication is very crucial. The global players use this tool to defeat, demolish and to teach a lesson to their opponents. In the current scenario every individual and public are in search of information. Even the countries in the conflict are also in search of authentic information from the various sources. The primary objective of any country engaged in war is to counter their opponents by any means either by distorted communication or by monopolized communication. All such communication which spreads hate and negativity is simply called propaganda in which internal and external factors and influences can't be ignored. The Exact condition applies between Russia and Ukraine. The cause of conflict was very common and simple but the involvement of many external factors affected the healthy communication and its reception. Therefore, this research will bring new insight about the role of propaganda in spreading confusion among Russia and Ukraine in global communication. |
