Abstract	Regarding their CSR initiatives, banks differ in their perspectives and justifications. A portion of them think that bank performance will be impacted by CSR efforts toward the community. Therefore, the purpose of this study topic is to gain an understanding of the bank's CSR initiatives toward society and how they affect the bank's reputation. This study's goal is to examine a bank's CSR initiatives and how they affect performance in southern Tamilnadu.
