Abstract | Most times, charismatic leaders have a distinct relationship with employees. Charismatic leaders can be powerful agents of organizational change, especially during difficult times. Many theories of charismatic leadership have stressed the traits and demeanor of leaders and their effects on employees, the company, and profits. However, many research studies do not fully explain how this leadership style can initiate a process of innovation that will result in higher profits and a more engaged workforce. In this study, the author will outline different styles that charismatic leaders process that may explain the phenomenon. |
