Modernising Supply Chain Analytics with Demand Forecasting Engine

Abstract	In todays’ dynamic market landscape accurate demand forecasting plays a role, in optimizing supply chain operations reducing inventory expenses and improving customer satisfaction. The article is a case study of one of the leading automotive spare parts manufacturers with thousands of products. The main aim of the study is to forecast the demand of the factory on bi-weekly basis and monthly basis, compare the performance metrics with different forecast approaches and suggest suitable model.
