Abstract | Spiritual intelligence can be a powerful tool to combat stress in the workplace. By utilizing optimistic anthropological abilities such as compassion, love, and forgiveness, individuals can tap into spiritual sources to solve problems and increase their psychological well-being. The purpose of the study is to ascertain how different aspects of spiritual intelligence affect workers in the information technology sector. The study was conducted over 198 workers. ANOVA, correlation and factor analysis were conducted. The results indicated a significant disparity in the challenges experienced by information technology employees based on their gender The factors of spiritual intelligence which have an impact over employee performance is identified and grouped into constructs. The development of employees' skills and knowledge requires spirituality and emotional intelligence, and organizations must cultivate a supportive culture. |
