Abstract Abstract
In the evolving landscape of the Indian corporate sector, Government Arts College students often face significant challenges in meeting the expectations of employers. The study identifies critical gaps in digital literacy, soft skills, industry awareness, and practical experience. It explores recent trends in corporate expectations, emphasizing the importance of digital proficiency, soft skills, adaptability, and professional etiquette. The article proposes targeted interventions, including curriculum revisions, industry collaborations, skills development programs, and career counseling, to bridge the gap between academic training and corporate needs.
