Abstract | This paper aims to analyse the various training methods adopted by organizations. It also explained the employee skills and performances are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and goals through training. The primary data is collected through structured questionnaire. The selection of sample is based on convenient sampling. There are 30 male and female employees in different profession are coming under this sample. |
