Abstract | objectives of this theoretical research are to highlight HRM in the digital age, stress the responsibilities that HR managers play in contemporary firms, and, using secondary data, talk about how technological advancements have affected HR practices in the digital age. We use a conceptual approach to accomplish our goals. The influence of digital technology on specific HR domains, such as streamlining HR procedures, is covered in our findings. (recruitment, performance management, and administration) and emphasize the new digital role of human resource manager in era 4.0. |
