Abstract Vipassana meditation, an ancient meditation technique originating from India, translates to "to see things as they are." It was rediscovered by Gautama Buddha over 2,500 years ago and has been taught as a universal remedy for common problems. The technique aims for the complete eradication of mental impurities, allowing individuals to achieve full liberation from suffering.
