Abstract | Job satisfaction identifies the various attitudes of the individual has for the work that has been identified the job satisfaction as a positive emotional or pleasurable state results from the appraisal of one's work or work experience. It is related to the efficiency and productivity of worker absenteeism and staff mobility. Compensation can be a factor that contributes positively to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, depends positively on income and negatively on hours of work, and that it depends also on a set of other job-specific and worker-specific characteristics. This study tries to identify the impact of training on employee job satisfaction & productivity of Grameen Phone, one of the largest mobile operators in Bangladesh that has significant importance economically as training can play a vital role in it. |
