Abstract | This paper aims to analyze the factors influencing organizational climate in IT and ITES sector. The study is conducted based on the primary data collected through questionnaire. Factor analysis is used to identify the factors influencing organizational climate. The study results show that there are five predominant factors influenced on organizational climate such as innovation, work freedom, standards, rewards and clarity. |
