Abstract Patient satisfaction is a crucial factor in determining the overall Quality of services proved in the Hospital setting. It includes a collaborative and scientific inspection of the various departments associated with the patient that are being admitted to the Hospital.
It gives an insight to the areas that need to be improved and increase the overall patient experience.
