Abstract	The LRINEC score is a measure of biochemical changes which accurately predicts the presence of necrotizing fasciitis and the outcome of necrotizing fasciitis. According to Wong et.al, the LRINEC score can characterize patients with soft-tissue infections based on the high-risk and moderate-risk categories
