Abstract | The construction industry is considered the second largest industry after agriculture. It works purely on a contract basis, based on the Indian Contract Act 1872, with the client on one side and the contractor on the other. The execution of the work and the project is monitored and controlled by qualified Consultants and Engineers. The industry is characterized by its complexity, diversity, and dynamic nature. Disputes in the construction industry are common and can arise from various causes, often leading to delays, cost overruns, and damaged relationships between stakeholders. We have various dispute-resolution methods which will help both parties to amicably solve the disputes. |
