Abstract HR plays a pivotal role in supporting employee well-being and mental health through comprehensive wellness programs and flexible work arrangements. They promote mental health awareness, destigmatize issues, and encourage open communication. Training managers in emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership helps create supportive environments. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) offer confidential counseling and resources. Overall, HR’s initiatives reduce stress, improve job satisfaction, and enhance productivity.
