Abstract | This literature review explores the intersection of cognitive neuroscience and technology in enhancing learning practices within higher education in Morocco. The article is structured into three key sections. The first delves into the theoretical foundations, providing a framework for understanding how cognitive neuroscience principles can inform educational strategies. The second section analyzes existing studies that highlight both the challenges and innovations currently shaping the landscape of Moroccan higher education, such as the reliance on traditional teaching methods and the promise of adaptive learning technologies. Finally, the discussion section addresses the practical integration of these neuroscientific insights and technological advancements, proposing strategies to overcome barriers such as insufficient teacher training and technological infrastructure. By synthesizing these elements, this review aims to illuminate the potential for cognitive neuroscience and artificial intelligence to transform educational practices in Morocco. The findings suggest that targeted approaches, including phased integration models and publicprivate partnerships, are essential for fostering an effective learning environment. This comprehensive examination offers valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers committed to advancing the quality of higher education in Morocco. |
