Abstract | ABSTRACT This study examines the transformative impact of facts analytics on Human Resources (HR) practices, especially focusing on overall performance development tasks. As agencies more and more apprehend the value of data-pushed choice-making, HR analytics has emerged as a strategic tool for reinforcing talent control, worker engagement, and ordinary organizational overall performance. By studying case research and empirical data, this studies identifies the important thing blessings of HR analytics, such as stepped forward recruitment processes, better employee retention, and heightened engagement ranges.
