Growth and Production Kinetics, Extraction, and Characterization of Microbial Biosurfactants

Abstract	The present study emphasizes the Growth, production and characterization of the biosurfactant produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Micrococcus luteus and Serratia marcescens. These three isolates study for growth Kinetics and production kinetics. HPLC analysis of biosurfactant shows major peak and minor peak with different retention time on the basis of sample spend a different amount of time on the column according to its chemical composition.
