Abstract	The study aims to elucidate the concepts of vulnerability and integrated care within the context of elderly populations. The initial focus is on defining vulnerability, with particular emphasis on the organic and psychosocial factors that contribute to its onset and exacerbation among older adults. Following this, the study examines the concept of integrated care, highlighting its implementation by healthcare professionals in addressing the needs of vulnerable elderly individuals. Moreover, the research explores the essential conditions and factors necessary for the effective provision of care, while also critically analyzing domestic and international care programmes.
