Abstract Employee job satisfaction is a critical factor in organizational success, impacting productivity, retention, and overall morale in the workplace. This study examines the multifaceted components of job satisfaction, including internal factors such as recognition, career advancement, and work-life balance, as well as external elements such as compensation and work environment. Thanks to the approach of mixed methods, such as public opinion polls and interviews with various employees in various industries, this survey determines important factors in work satisfaction and an increase in satisfactory employees and organizational indicators. We emphasize the correlation. The results indicate that the aggressive culture in the workplace and the active processing of employee reviews is an important strategy to increase the satisfaction of work. The study highlights the importance of continually evaluating and adapting workplace policies to meet the changing needs of employees, which ultimately contributes to sustainable organizational growth and employee well-being.
