Role of Kushtadi Sirolepa with internal administration of Varunadi Gana Siddha Ksheera in the management of Vataja Sirasoola

Abstract	Tension type headache is a very common type of headache which can be correlated with Vataja Sirasoola. This is a case report of a female patient aged 32 years who came to opd with specific symptoms of Vataja Sirasoola. Patient had severe pain in head associated with mild pain in ear along with some sounds hearing from inside the ears. The pain has no periodicity. On examination patient was diagnosed with Vataja Sirasoola and was administered with Kushtadi Sirolepa and Varundi Gana Siddha Ksheera internally for 10 days. Then the patient had significant result on assessment after 10 days of treatment. Kushtadi lepa as well as Varunadi Gana Ksheera has good Vata Shamaka properties and thus the patient got significant relief in her symptoms.
