Abstract | This research investigates customer satisfaction with the IIM Bodh Gaya canteen (CAN3), focusing on food quality, hygiene, service quality, pricing, and menu variety. Using a paired t-test, the study compares these factors with outside food outlets in Bodh Gaya to identify areas for improvement. Results highlight significant differences in food variety and pricing, while hygiene and service quality remain comparable. The study provides actionable recommendations for enhancing menu options, implementing customer feedback systems, and introducing competitive pricing strategies. These findings aim to foster improved dining experiences in educational institutions. |
