Abstract	Every humanity in any territory or community is particularly associated with some historical-cultural and language-specific legacy. Though people from different parts of the world, including Saudi Arabia, speaking Arabic, are well-known about writing and speaking Arabic, they tend to avoid their language due to the might of English language over their cultural effectiveness. Physicians and health service staff at primary healthcare centers are not excluded from such extensive influence, either.
