Frequent Consumption Of Non-Vegetarian Food And Its Impact On Adult Health

Abstract The study Frequent Consumption of Non-vegetarian Food and its Impact on the Health of an Adult aims to evaluate the association between the frequency of non-vegetarian consumption and its potential health effects. It uses a descriptive study method, the Chi-Square test, and percentages. Most participants were young females, primarily students, with an overall sample size of 73. Half of them consumed non-veg once a week, while a significant number experienced gastric issues. The key finding was a strong association found between frequent non-veg consumption and heart disease risk. Also found that most of the individuals prefer Physical activity and a balanced diet as a health management strategy.
