Abstract Organizational communication profoundly influences workplace dynamics, performance, and employee retention [1]. This study examines the differential impact of extreme and constructive rhetorical approaches in managerial communication, integrating rhetorical devices, emotional intelligence theories, and Eastern philosophical principles [2,3]. Practical strategies are proposed to enhance managerial communication, improve employee engagement, and foster collaboration. Plans for future empirical validation are outlined to ensure scientific rigor.
