Abstract | Sleep is most important thing . Lack of sleep cause major issues. It affects psychological well being. It's an intervention based study. The survey was carried out by providing the printed form of a questionnaire to the respondents. Data was collected from 100 participants for this study from Chennai district. From these 100 participants, 40 of the participants were eligible to participate in this study and met with the inclusion and exclusion criteria This study concluded that two weeks of Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique was effective in enhancing sleep quality and psychological well being Hence, JPMRT should be incorporated to improve sleep and psychological well-being |
