Abstract | By automatically identifying violent actions in real-time, smart surveillance for violence detection is a state-of-the-art technology that aims to improve public safety. The technology analyzes live video feeds from security cameras using sophisticated machine learning algorithms and computer vision techniques. The device notifies authorities in real time when it detects anomalous behaviors, such physical attacks, fights, or other violent conduct, allowing for prompt response and intervention. The project's main elements include motion analysis, object identification, and behavior recognition, all of which are incorporated into a strong surveillance framework. The system can reliably categorize and distinguish between normal and violent actions in a variety of settings, including public areas, businesses, and educational institutions, by utilizing convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and deep learning models. This smart surveillance technology guarantees faster threat identification, which lowers the potential harm caused by violent situations, and it also increases the efficacy of standard video monitoring by decreasing manual oversight. With its emphasis on maximizing accuracy, reducing false positives, and guaranteeing scalability for extensive monitoring networks, the project is a useful addition to contemporary security infrastructure. |
