Abstract	On-The-Job Training is an avenue in which students apply their acquired knowledge, enhance their practical skills, and enrich their readiness for their future career. This study identified and evaluated the key determinants in company selection for the PATTS College of Aeronautics’ Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation students. The study also investigated how specific determinants affect the BSAT students’ OJT selection through an examination of quantitative data. The results will help the future Air Transportation students to measure and weigh the factors in selecting companies for their OJT Programs.
