Abstract	Neurodegenerative diseases are increasingly becoming a significant public health concern, highlighting an urgent need for effective therapeutic strategies. This comprehensive review delves into the potential of natural antioxidants, such as Curcuminoids, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Resveratrol in preventing and treating these diseases. We examine the existing evidence for the neuroprotective effects of these compounds, discuss their underlying mechanisms, and emphasize their potential role as adjunctive therapies for neurodegenerative conditions
