Abstract This paper explores the concept of resilient leadership in the context of economic and operational disruptions, emphasizing the critical role that such leadership plays in navigating crises. Resilient leaders demonstrate adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented mindset, essential for fostering a supportive organizational culture. The study highlights the increasing volatility of the global economy, characterized by rapid technological changes and geopolitical uncertainties, necessitating a shift in leadership strategies. By examining the impact of servant leadership on organizational resilience, this research proposes that developing resilient leaders can enhance the overall resilience capabilities of organizations. The findings underscore the importance of preparing for both natural and man-made disruptions, advocating for proactive measures to mitigate risks and foster adaptability within teams.
