However, challenges such as employee engagement, budget constraints, and ethical concerns surrounding privacy and equity persist. Through case studies of leading organizations, this research highlights the impact of innovative wellness programs on employee health, productivity, and organizational success. Future directions emphasize the integration of wellness into corporate strategies, sustainable practices, and leadership's role in fostering a culture of health and happiness.
