Abstract Cerebrovascular accident is a common nervous system disorder that occurs due to abnormal blood circulation in the brain with a completely developed nervous system (Forster et al., 2008)1. Unilateral paralysis accompanied by CVA reduces muscle control, body movements, and balance in unusual or asymmetrical positions. Thus, patients lose the ability to perform elaborate tasks and face difficulty while walking and standing up (Carr et al., 1985; Bo bath, 1990)2,3. Moreover, most patients with unilateral paralysis have a tough time controlling their trunk while adjusting their posture. The core is the biggest part of our body and plays an important role in the stabilization and movement of body segments. The trunk is the center of the body, and it plays a postural role in functional movement by preparing the body for the movement of the extremities against gravity.
