Abstract | This study explores the impact of work-life balance (WLB) initiatives on employee morale at Solara Active Pharma Sciences, Pondicherry, using data from 130 employees. Statistical analysis reveals a strong positive relationship, with initiatives like flexible hours, wellness programs, and leave policies boosting morale. Key predictors include maintaining a healthy personal life and disconnecting after work, though areas like inclusivity and communication need improvement. The study concludes that while WLB initiatives positively influence morale, strategic refinements are recommended to address workforce diversity and enhance productivity. |
